Refund policy
We want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your shopping experience.
We offer a 7 day return policy.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item back to us within 7 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was received with a tamper-proof tag still attached. All returned packages are video recorded upon arrival. Refunds will be issued in the form of initial payment minus 15% re-stocking fee.
If a package is returned because no one was available to receive it, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
If the item was re-sized or altered in any way, it is non-returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cileone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
